Terms of use
"Slog" is an application for the iOS、Android、MacOS、PC platform, developed and offered to you by Hangzhou PlatinumTinkling Technology Co., Ltd., Id. No.:699314205,with its registered office at Room 1103, Building 5, Yintian Jincheng, Cangqian Street, Yuhang District,Hangzhou,Zhejiang,China("Provider"). It enables users to track personal incomes,expenses,assets and analyze it. You subject the Slog Money & Portfolio Tracker application and all related services provided through it by the Provider (collectively referred as "Slog") to the following terms ("Terms"), your acceptance of which constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and the Provider (" protocol"). For the avoidance of doubt, such agreements are solely between you and the Provider, and no other parties. Slog currently offers a free basic version.
Acceptance
These terms govern the legal relationship between you and the provider and also represent the framework contract under which the provider provides account information services to you. You can always get these terms via distribution platform or Slog application and you have the right to request them to be sent to your email as a PDF file. You may not use Slog unless you indicate your acceptance of these terms by selecting "Accept" in the confirmation dialog during the registration process. You also signify your acceptance and willingness to be bound by these terms by using or otherwise accessing Slog. You may not accept these terms unless you are at least 15 years of age and of sufficient legal capacity to enter into a contract. If you are under the age of 18, you must have the permission of your parent or legal guardian to accept these Terms and use Slog.
Term and Termination
This Agreement will remain in full force and effect during your use of Slog until terminated by you or the Provider. Termination always includes deletion of your user account. You may terminate the Agreement at any time and for any reason by sending notice to the Provider (by email) and deleting the Slog application. In this case, your purchase cannot be refunded. Provider may terminate the Agreement at any time and for any reason by notice. The notice period is 2 months unless you and the provider agree to immediate termination. In exceptional circumstances provided by relevant Chinese or EU law, such as money laundering or terrorist financing, any action aimed at freezing funds, or any specific measures related to the prevention and investigation of crimes, the Supplier may terminate the agreement at any time without prior notice Notice. In the event of termination due to your breach of the Terms, you will not be entitled to any refund.
Amendment
Modifications may be made at the sole discretion of the Provider when laws or regulations, financial services market conditions, technical or organizational processes change, or are required due to statutory obligations to comply with prudent business rules or to improve the quality of services provided through the Slog application terms. Such modifications may include modification and termination of agreements, registration of user accounts, or paid features and prices. You will be notified in advance of program changes via the Slog app and by email (as a PDF file with the updated terms attached). Updated terms will be posted 2 months prior to the effective date. By continuing to use the Slog, you accept these changes. If you do not agree to these changes, you may terminate these Terms at any time without charge. Release of updated versions of the Slog application may precede the effective date of the update terms for existing users. In order to be able to use all the features of the updated version of the Slog app, you may need to accept the updated terms.
Your use of Slog
You must use Slog only in accordance with the Terms, for its intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws and third party terms and conditions. You may not use Slog to engage in activities that disrupt, interfere with, disrupt or otherwise gain unlawful access to any third-party servers, network connections or other aspects or services.
Registration and User Accounts
In order to be able to use Slog, you must be registered. You can sign up with an email account.
Premium subscription
The Premium unlock fee is charged to your App Store account at confirmation of purchase.RENEWAL: The subscription automatically renews and your account will be charged unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
